What to do and what to eat to maintain good body figure?

Why mostly individuals wanted to become slim especially for ladies? Not too slim. A fat one say…”I wanted to become slim”.  A thin one say…”I wanted to become little fat”.  It is simply because we wanted a healthy body with a good body figure. 





The only problem is how we can come up with this ideal body building? In this case, many of us know how to do it but because we cannot or it is difficult for us to train our self to change habits, and attitude especially in eating and mostly we are so lazy.  So, if you do not want these things to happen to you then act early before it is too late.

Disadvantages of becoming fat:

•    you cannot use your clothes before,
•    it is difficult to find your clothes size in any clothes shop,
•    you cannot wear any kind of clothes you wanted to wear, 
•    gaining weight too much compromised health and energy as well as possible low self-esteem.
•    nutritional deficiencies,
•    most men do not want fat one,
•    it cost you more to food expense,
•    it cost you a lot of slimming products,
•    not good in figure

Things to remember in dieting; maintain and make it a habit


1.    Don’t skip meals – In an effort to drop a few pounds fast, you consider skipping lunch, thinking you can ride out the hunger pangs until dinner. There are most individual doing this habit nowadays which is a total mistake. Yes, it is true that you will become thin but you are causing a sickness of your own.   Eat regular as food is essential to our body. In fact, if you create hungriness and cannot cope, you still eat but it is more because you are so hungry. If not you are eating any food like crackers, chips, and nuts which cause you more to gain fast.

2.    Eat little – sustaining hungriness is to eat but not too much. Some people keep on eating and eating as much as they like.  Yes, most of us love eating; if there are good delicious foods, we keep on eating even we are full. There are people who are naturally lean, those eating whatever they want, and never gaining a pound. If you are not this person who is naturally lean, don’t eat too much. Yes, we love eating but remember that excess food in our body can lead to gain weight. 

3.    Control eating sugary foods– eating sweet foods or high added sugar but not fruit makes you gain weight fast.  These foods containing lots of refined sugar are high in calories and carbohydrates.  Sugars tend to be more concentrated in foods, meaning that you consume more calories.  Try asking those fat people, they love eating sweet foods.

4.    Be smart, select your food – there are a lot of foods to eat but if you are the person who is easy to gain weight, learn what are the foods you must to eat. Eat foods which fill you longer. Foods that are full of nutrient-dense and low-calorie snacks, even when you're traveling or working. Foods you must avoid:

•    processed and refined products such as French fries and potato chips
•    white bread
•    Pastries, Cookies, and Cakes
•    Pizza
•    a pound of cheeseburger
•    chocolates and creams

5.    Drinks – summer thirsts us more but be smart in selecting what to drink.  Plain, black coffee can be very healthy and help you burn fat. However, high-calorie coffee drinks that contain artificial ingredients are very unhealthy and fattening. Water! All water — plus unsweetened tea or coffee when water just doesn't do it.

What not to drink:


•    Sugar-sweetened beverages, like soda, are one of the unhealthiest foods on the planet. They are strongly associated with weight gain and can have disastrous health effects when consumed in excess.
•    Fruit juices are highly processed and loaded with sugar. In fact, they can contain just as much sugar and calories as soda, if not more.
•    Drinking alcohol except for wine but especially beer in moderation seems to be fine and is actually linked to reduced weight gain. Heavy drinking, on the other hand, is associated with increased weight gain.

6.    Exercise – make a habit of daily exercise of less than one hour or more. It reduces dangerously unhealthy visceral fat. If no time to exercise, Find ways to fidget and move to make up for extra calories they may be ingesting. If you’re not one of these natural-born movers, consciously make choices that boost your burn without needing to break a sweat.  Doing a chore cleaning at home is the best help. 7.    Sleeping – Not sleeping enough—less than seven hours of sleep per night—can reduce and undo the benefits of dieting. Lack of Rest Makes You Crave Food so maintain at least 7 hours of sleep at night. Set an alarm if you cannot get up early. Do not sleep within the day. Some people believe that not sleeping too much makes you slim but it is not true and it is not effective.
